LoongBuy Spreadsheet product options: match the photo to the exact item

Separate a gallery image from the selected colour, size, quantity and included pieces before confirming a product.

THE PRACTICAL ANSWER

Check the selected option fields, included pieces and price together. A gallery photograph can contain several views, colours or accessories without making them one purchasable set.

The useful question is which exact option the order would contain. This checklist turns a visual shortlist into a clear option record without relying on the lead image alone.

You will leave with: An option record with the item, colour, size, quantity and unresolved questions in one place.

LoongBuy Spreadsheet options: write down the selected fields

LoongBuy’s official agent guide describes manually choosing specifications such as colour and size after a product link is captured. Recheck those fields on the actual order screen: a picture in a directory does not select them for you.

Save the source listing identifier, the visible option wording and any option code together. Keep an unfamiliar code intact when asking for clarification; a guessed translation can point to a different colour or bundle.

LoongBuy Spreadsheet gallery photos: separate views from quantities

A shirt photographed from the front and back may be one shirt. Several sock colours in one frame may be alternative choices. Shoes, bags or jewellery placed beside an outfit can be styling props. Look for written option and inclusion details to settle the quantity.

Check which images change when you switch an option, but do not assume a gallery that stays the same confirms every variant. If the product title, selected wording and photo disagree, make that disagreement the question you ask.

LoongBuy Spreadsheet option example: a two-hoodie photograph

Invented example: the lead photograph shows a black hoodie beside a red one. The chosen option says “black,” size M, quantity 1. Until the listing explicitly describes a two-piece pack, record the selection as one black hoodie and verify that interpretation.

If the listing price changes after selecting a colour or size, keep the selected-option price in your notes. A low price shown before an option is chosen may refer to something different from the item you intended to compare.

LoongBuy Spreadsheet item confirmation: keep uncertainty visible

Before confirming, compare the current fields with your saved option record. Ask about any unresolved inclusion, colour or size issue. Keep the reply with the order record so you can refer to the same option later.

WORKING NOTE

Please confirm that option [code / wording], size [label], quantity [number] includes [pieces]. The gallery shows [extra view or object], so I want to verify the included item before proceeding.
