Check the address against the destination postal operator’s format, then recheck the fields saved for the actual parcel. An address-book edit alone does not confirm an existing shipment was updated.
A missing unit number or misplaced postcode is a different problem from reading a tracking event. This worksheet helps you check the information you supply before the parcel is submitted.
You will leave with: A verified address record and a clear question for any unresolved field.
LoongBuy Spreadsheet address formats: start with the destination
The Universal Postal Union provides country-specific addressing information, including postcode structure and the destination postal operator’s standards. Address formats vary; do not force every country into one familiar line order.
Use the destination’s country sheet and relevant postal operator to check the fields you actually need. If the carrier or agent form splits the address differently, ask how to enter it while preserving the required information.

LoongBuy Spreadsheet address checks: preserve each required field
Copy from a current, reliable record of your own address, then compare the saved result field by field. Treat a postcode as text: preserve its required leading zeroes, letters and spacing instead of converting it to a number.
Use this worksheet as a prompt, not a universal address format. Mark a field “not applicable” only after checking the destination and shipment form.
| Field | Check against your destination requirements |
|---|---|
| Recipient | Name the intended recipient can use for delivery |
| Building / unit | House, apartment, suite or building details where needed |
| Street / locality | Required components entered in the correct fields |
| Region / postcode | Required region and exact postcode format, if applicable |
| Country | Correct destination selected, not just written in a free-text line |
| Contact | Reachable contact details in the format the shipment requires |
LoongBuy Spreadsheet parcel addresses: check what was saved
After saving, reopen the actual parcel record and compare it with your worksheet. Look for a unit dropped during copying, a postcode clipped by a field limit, or a country selection inconsistent with the written address.
If the form cannot represent a required component, leave that issue unresolved and ask the service how to enter it. Do not compensate by guessing a nearby postcode or removing a unit number.
LoongBuy Spreadsheet address corrections: confirm the affected shipment
If a label or shipment already exists, contact the service handling it through your established account channel. Ask whether that specific parcel can still be corrected and what conditions apply. Do not assume a later address-book edit updates a label already created.
Keep the full address in a private support exchange. A public question can describe the field problem with placeholders; it does not need a screenshot showing your name, address and phone number.
For parcel [ID], the saved [field] is [private current value] and should be [private corrected value]. Has a label been created, and can this parcel still be corrected? Please confirm the saved parcel address and any applicable conditions.
